The Watts adjacent to J.D. & Annie S. Hays Nature Preserves, is a truly stunning 22 acre multi-family community nestled in the scenic beauty of Hampton Cove, Huntsville, Alabama. We are excited to announce, along with our project partner, Holladay Ventures, that as of March 2021, we successfully completed all the necessary entitlements, and the stage is set for our ambitious vision to come to life with it's new developer, Daniel Corporation.
