Creating a sense of place, our latest project, Martinson Ranch is only 8.7 miles from downtown Huntsville, AL. Entitlement has been completed on 89.25 acres of land consisting of mixed-use development including 324 Units 3-Story Walk-Up, 229 2-Story Detached Build-to-Rent, 115 3-Story Townhomes, 121 2-Story Townhomes, 7.45 Acres of Retail, 2-Story Single Family Detached. Work in progress on full grading plans for construction which is to begin Q1 2023. Located on the Northside of Highway 72 East.

The baton was successfully handed over to our alliance developer owner, Graycliff, March of 2022 for our 17.78 acres on Highway 72, Huntsville, AL. 329 Units, 14 Buildings, 24 Units per building, with 3 story walk-up garden style, providing community-oriented services. Retail frontage of 4.5 acres by JPG Partners.

The Watts at J.D. & Anne S. Hays Nature Preserves, 22-Acre Multi-Family Community, Hampton Cove - Huntsville, Alabama. Full entitlements completed May 2022. Closed and ready to build by Daniel Corp - 336 unit, four story, 7 building premium rental community, located out of downtown Huntsville along Highway 431 in Hampton Cove adjacent to Hays Nature Preserve. Co-Developers - MidSouth Franklin, TN, LLC & Holladay Ventures, LLC.

Developed by LifeCenters, the Residences at Wellpoint is a 20-acre master planned development in Hampton Cove, Huntsville, Alabama. 114 independent living apartments, 50 assisted living apartments, 26 memory care suites. Constructions 184,000 sq. ft. senior living community. Completed Summer 2022.

Together, Jeff Tallman and the board members of LifeCenters Communities & Joseph C. McCarron and David J. McCarron of Capitol Care Associates engaged Charter Senior Living as Operations & Management. Together with Allison Yancey and the team created by Keven Bennema as founder and CEO, they have set the standard for living well on the RTJ Golf Course in Hampton Cove. 54 holes at their back door.
